The easiest way to get started is to fill out the form on our Open a Store page and select a pre-existing store option. All Store hosting is free and the cost shown is given 100% to the designer in charge of your apparel brand. If you're a creator looking to get in touch please join our discord.
We offer Sublimated and Supplementary product options. Sublimated is Polyester(sport based) products for high versatility and design, Supplementary items are usually Cotton (street comfort) products that have limited design ability but have a preferred cozy feel.
Our goal is to offer commissions as a tier system to encourage store owners to proactively advertise their stores and therefore have the opportunity to earn higher levels of commissions based on the number of sales they generate. Our default commissions start at $5 per item.
Commission is paid out at on the 1st of each month, 30 days in lieu. There is a minimum pay out of $50 AUD. If the commission earned is not above the minimum payout, the commission will roll over to the next month.
Commissions are completely automatic and may sometimes have delays of up to 1 week. If you're certain a product has sold and you still do not see the commission updated after 1 weeks please get in touch.
Design Files & Concepts are property of True Apparel PTY LTD and can only be used on our products. We only design for in-house use to ensure quality control.
Yes! You can purchase our in-house templates to transfer your design yourself, all designs must be .ai vector, If files aren't vector additional charges may incur. Template costs are $10 per template & are not for resale. We log every customer who buys our template.
As most products are made-to-order please allow up to 28 Business days for production. Production time does not include shipping time which you can view at checkout. Once your order has been confirmed you will get an email from us saying its status. Once product has been shipped you will receive another email with your tracking information.
As we are an Australian business we use AUSPost as our primary shipping option, We offer Flat Standard Shipping at this point in time as Express is seen as unreliable in these COVID times. Once we see that Express can be reliable we will be implementing it as a secondary option. Due to COVID restrictions shipping times in certain countries may change or vary so please only use allocated shipping times as a rule of thumb.
As we use various suppliers & manufactures to procure our product, some products may arrive earlier than others. At most all product should be procured within 28 business days and we ask you to wait the total 28 business days before contacting us on this topic. If 28 Business days has expired and you haven't received your products please contact us immediately.
Due to most physical products being made-to-order, we do not accept any returns or refunds due to change of mind. If the product is damaged, incorrect sizing from what was ordered or if the product varies significantly from what was advertised you have (14 Business days) to contact us for a refund. If the product is housed as stock you may return for sizing changes but will not be entitled to a refund of that product.
We use a number of different materials for the construction of our products including polyester, cotton and nylon. All of our products will have outlined instructions of what that product is made from on the product page. If you have any questions concerning allergies then please contact us.
We have carefully selected all of our suppliers to ensure that every product delivered by us is maintained in quality. Our products are manufactured across a number of factories located in Europe, Asia, Oceania & North America.
Most products supplied by True Apparel are made-to-order, that being said some of the creator and influencer products may be subject to stock.
