If your order says confirmed, it means it is currently being manufactured. When it is shipped, you will get a notification with a tracking number.
We offer flat rate standard shipping.

Returns & Refunds
As each order is made to order and contains custom designs, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If a mistake in sizing or in design is noticed, please contact us and we will rectify the issue for you.
There is a chance we will manufacture your goods in different facilities depending on the product type and availability. There is a chance you will receive multiple parcels for the same order. If your order is shown as completed, yet you are still missing items - please contact us.
We have long-lasting relationships with manufacturers located all throughout the world. Because of this, basic products like shirts and hoodies will be manufactured in the closest factory to your delivery address. Your custom pro products are manufactured in both Asia and South America.
Yes. We make all of our products as an order is placed. This means we can be eco-friendly with the amount of stock we produce at any time and it also means our partner stores do not need to pay for stock.
We are proud to offer a set $5 AUD commission on ANY product sold on our store. We don't like percentage commissions as it leaves brands receiving extremely low amounts on lower value orders, so having a set amount ensures that the brand benefits no matter how low or high the RRP of a product is.
Yes, but we charge a sample fee.
